Duties:
• Manage food cost, speed of service, sales targets & expenses
• Increase sales & turn-over
• Count, order & receive stock
• Cash-up & banking
• Handle customer complaints
• Recruit & train staff
• Draw up shift schedules
• Create daily, weekly & monthly reports
Requirements:
• Matric
• 5+ years fast food restaurant management experience (e.g. Burger King, KFC, McDonalds, Nandos)
• Micros POS experience essential
• Willing to work shifts
